Respiratory Therapist - CRT or RRT (Nights, Three 12-Hour Shifts) MLR Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join our team at a community hospital. Position Schedule: Full-Time Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM Shift Differentials: $2.00 for weekends, $2.50 for evenings, and $5.00 for nights Qualifications: Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program NBRC certified Respiratory Technician or NBRC Registered Therapist, licensed by the Ohio Respiratory Care Board Current Ohio Respiratory Therapist Licensure Neonatal Resuscitation certification BLS certification Ideally, three or more years of experience Benefits: Low annual deductibles: $250 for single coverage, $500 for family coverage, with 100% coverage after meeting deductibles Excellent retirement and pension benefits, including a 3% contribution after one year of service and 1,000 hours worked, plus an additional 3% match and 1.5% of your contributions, totaling 7.5% Free and convenient parking And more!
