Roles & Responsibilities - Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations. - Administer medication and treatments as prescribed. - Monitor patient health status and respond to changes. - Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. - Provide education and support to patients and their families. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Compliance / Notes - This position is inside of a jail. - Cell phones and smart watches are not allowed in the secure perimeter of the jail. - Family members can reach you by calling the intake area or triage area.
