Our Industrial Automation client in Lewisville, TX is seeking an experienced Scheduling and Workflow CoordinatorThe Scheduling and Workflow Coordinator supports efficient production and operational flow within the control panel sho p.ESSENTIAL DUTIES Support the material coordinator in monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages, delays, and excess stock Assist in establishing and maintaining point-of-use (POU) bin systems, bin sizing, and replenishment aligned with production schedules Communicate material requirements and purchasing needs with Production, Material Coordination, and Purchasing teams Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits Create, maintain , and manage Panel Build Sales Orders (PBSO's) including processing redline changes Cross-train with the scheduling group to provide backup coverage when needed REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred Proficient with ERP and inventory management systems Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of safety and quality standards related to material handling Proficient in VLOOKUP #IND1
