Lead - Nurse 2

What You'll Do As an RN Lead 2, you'll blend hands-on nursing with team leadership. You will: Support the Practice Manager in keeping clinic operations running efficiently Mentor and train clinical staff so they can deliver their very best Help shape a positive, supportive, patient-centered culture Coordinate daily workflows and keep things moving smoothly Provide excellent direct patient care-assessments, injections, screenings, education, and more Lead vaccine program operations (VFC/VFA) where applicable Ensure supplies, equipment, and safety processes are always ready for action What You Bring A warm, collaborative spirit and a passion for service An active RN license Strong clinical judgment and communication skills A desire to help others learn, succeed, and shine The ability to stay organized, flexible, and solution-focused Why You'll Love It Here You'll be part of a supportive team that values respect, empathy, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) and 3 years experience as a Nurse in the specified program area; Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) and 5 years related program-specific nursing experience.
