Who We Are PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers. Job Summary The Senior Network Administrator is responsible for the architecture, administration, security, and optimization of PCMI's network infrastructure while also providing senior-level support for core systems administration and Microsoft Azure hybrid environments. This role serves as a technical authority and escalation point, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of both network and supporting systems. The Senior Network Administrator will work closely with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with business objectives, support day-to-day operations, and drive modernization initiatives across on-premises and cloud environments. In this role, you will: Architect, administer, and optimize enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN environments, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Design, implement, and manage hybrid network connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and Microsoft Azure, including Azure Virtual Networks, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, NSGs, and Azure Firewall. Serve as the senior escalation point for complex network incidents, performing root-cause analysis and driving long-term remediation. Provide senior-level administration and support for Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services. Support and maintain virtualized infrastructure (VMware and/or Hyper-V), including performance tuning, availability, and capacity planning. Administer and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure, with emphasis on networking, virtual machines, identity integration, and security configurations. Support cloud migration and hybrid integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational continuity. Monitor and optimize Azure resources for performance, availability, and cost efficiency. What You'll Need to Join Our Team Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of progressive experience in network administration with exposure to systems administration responsibilities. Strong hands-on experience with enterprise network infrastructure and Windows-based systems. Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft Azure, particularly in hybrid network and infrastructure scenarios. Advanced knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms. Experience with firewalls, VPN technologies, backup and recovery solutions, and disaster recovery planning. Industry certifications preferred (Cisco, Juniper, CWNA); Azure certifications strongly preferred (AZ-104, AZ-700, or equivalent).
