Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Production Lead: Monitor activities in your area of responsibility throughout the shift Train and lead team members while maintaining effective communication Ensure all product specifications and quality standards are met Assist in implementing management directives and maintaining documentation Perform product and process tests as needed Track inventory and notify warehouse when supplies are low Maintain proper sanitation and chemical usage records Suggest improvements for processes and equipment efficiency Maintain daily reporting for customers and company What You Need to Bring to the Production Lead Role: 2+ years of experience in a high-speed production environment preferred Previous lead or management experience required Ability to direct and lead people effectively Strong mechanical background and troubleshooting skills Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Willingness to work in a noisy, dusty environment with variable temperatures Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, and customers Ready to Apply?What are you waiting for?
