Director of Employment Reports to: Associate Executive Director Location: 441 Kirkpatrick Street, Syracuse NY Full Time: 35-40 hours/week Non-Exempt: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour About Us LAUNCH has been proudly serving the greater Onondaga County area for 41 years. About the Role We are looking for a leader to provide strategic direction for LAUNCH employment services including OPWDD SEMP. ETP, Community Pre Voc, ACCES-VR as well as provide direct support for onsite job coaching, as needed Responsibilities include: Supervising mangers of employment programs Creating and implementing employment services policies and procedures Conducting and documenting routine internal audits and documentation required for service delivery Monitoring monthly income and expenses to ensure fiscal fidelity Oversee full cycle onboarding/management for all employment services staff Job coaching as needed Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in related human services/human resources field required. Five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in provision of job placement services, preferred Managerial experience required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required skills include: active listening and effective speaking, problem solving, technology, reading comprehension and effective written and oral expression. Conditions of Employment Must possess a valid driver's license and transportation necessary to meet program needs.
