Job Description Position Responsibilities Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through completion. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring work meets scope, schedule, and quality standards. Maintain daily reports, site logs, safety documentation, and project progress tracking. Enforce strict safety compliance and conduct regular site inspections. Partner closely with Project Managers on scheduling, sequencing, materials, and issue resolution. Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents to guide onsite execution. Manage inspections, punch lists, and turnover processes with owners and stakeholders. Build strong relationships with field teams, suppliers, inspectors, and client representatives. The Successful Applicant What You Bring 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects. Demonstrated background managing groundup or major renovations in sectors such as municipal, healthcare, education, or commercial. Strong knowledge of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety regulations, and construction methodologies. Ability to read drawings, solve field challenges proactively, and maintain organized documentation. Excellent communication skills and a leadership style that earns sitelevel respect.
