Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), or Certified Medical Assistants (CMA) who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in an ENT clinical setting. Your clinical expertise and positive demeanor will be vital in ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their healthcare experience. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nurses and physicians. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team. Perform basic patient assessments, including vital signs, and communicate findings to nursing staff. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and visitors. Assess and document physical, psychological, and social dimensions of patients in the clinic. Document nursing interventions and patient responses. Prepare for and assist with office procedures such as injections, immunizations, phlebotomy, tympanogram, EKGs, and vision screening. Make referrals to other providers and facilities as directed. Report test results to patients promptly with provider instructions. Education and Experience Graduate from an accredited nursing or medical assistant program. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, or certification as a Medical Assistant, with eligibility to work in the relevant state. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic medical records. Physical ability to lift and move patients safely. Independent work ethic, creativity, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to calm distressed or agitated patients and families. Compliance with all federal, state, and professional licensure and regulatory training requirements.
