Java Backend Microservices Developer

Collaborate with engineers and architects to review and contribute to microservices designs, system architecture, integration patterns, and API specifications. • Lead delivery of backend services, cloud components, data workflows, and cross-team engineering initiatives. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure clarity of scope and timelines across engineering teams. • Translate technical requirements into actionable plans and maintain strong alignment between engineering, product, and operations. • Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability, reliability, observability, and security. • Drive transparent communication, including status reporting, risk management, and cross- functional stakeholder updates.
