What You'll Do Diagnostic Testing & Analysis Perform a full range of clinical laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and body fluid specimens using advanced techniques. Instrument Operation & Maintenance Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency in test results. Result Interpretation & Clinical Collaboration Interpret lab results and communicate effectively with physicians and care teams to support accurate diagnoses and timely treatment decisions. Quality Control & Regulatory Compliance Uphold CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards through consistent quality assurance procedures and documentation. Mentorship & Team Engagement Provide support and guidance to lab technicians while promoting a collaborative, safe, and education-focused lab culture. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certification: ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT). New grads eligible for certification are encouraged to apply.
