Federal Signal is looking to hire for our 2026 Summer Internship Program! Those hired for the program will work from May 18, 2026 through August 7, 2026. We are looking for a student that is pursuing a 4-yr degree in Electrical Engineering. You must have completed your Sophomore OR Junior year in order to qualify. Please do not apply if you are graduating after Spring 26 Semester. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Engineering - Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Potential projects listed below: Assist the team with various engineering projects such as: PC board hardware design Testing, and troubleshooting. Siren controller development. Position Requirements Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in the major listed above Student must have completed their sophomore year of college Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Mechanical and electrical Aptitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Considering local candidates only; Federal Signal does not provide relocation or housing stipend.
