Our offerings include: Back, neck, and spine rehabilitation Manual therapy including Graston Technique® Pre- and post-operative rehab and functional recovery Work conditioning, ergonomic assessments, and balance/fall prevention Sports medicine and pediatric athlete protocols Job Responsibilities Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions with individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, functional rehab, and modalities Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs Document all care accurately and promptly in EMR systems Collaborate with physicians, referrals, and clinic staff to optimize patient outcomes Engage in mentorship, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program Current California PT license (or eligibility) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for hands-on, outpatient orthopedic and sports care New graduates are encouraged to apply About Us California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is part of the clinician-led Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN).
