Job Description Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards. Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Supervise on-site construction activities and resolve any issues promptly. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders as required. Maintain quality control throughout the construction process. Implement best practices to optimize efficiency and project outcomes. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Healthcare Superintendent should have: 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial GC Healthcare construction experience required (e.g., hospitals, MOBs, surgical spaces, imaging, behavioral health) Strong understanding of MEP systems and complex building coordination Experience working in occupied healthcare environments strongly preferred Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) Strong communicator with excellent organization and problemsolving skills Ability to manage fastpaced schedules while upholding safety and quality Local to Louisville or willing to relocate What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from USD 95.000 to 115.000.
