Civil Engineer Apprenticeship

We pride ourselves on blending hands-on site work, CAD modeling, and community-minded problem-solving. As we expand our Liberty office, we're launching a Civil Engineer Apprenticeship to grow local talent right here at home. What You'll Do • Support senior engineers in planning, design, and supervising earthworks, roadway, drainage, and utility projects. • Assist with on-site surveying, staking, and inspections. • Draft plans and technical documents in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or related tools. • Help prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and project reports. • Coordinate with contractors, local officials, and vendors. • Attend team meetings; follow-up on assigned action items. ⸻ Requirements • Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Civil/Construction Engineering or similar program. • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D. • Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proactive, safety-conscious, and collaborative team player. • Ability to work outdoors (weather conditions may vary) and travel to job sites near Liberty, TX. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
