SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Centurion Maintenance - Baton Rouge, LA Centurion Maintenance is expanding and seeking experienced maintenance technicians who take pride in high-quality workmanship and professional standards. We service Commercial and Light Industrial facilities. This role is strictly service, maintenance, and remodeling work - NOT new commercial construction. What This Role Requires This position is for seasoned technicians who can operate independently and solve problems without constant supervision. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years hands-on multi-trade experience • Strong diagnostic ability across multiple trades • Experience in commercial environments • Ability to read scopes and execute without micromanagement • Professional communication with clients and office staff • Clean driving record • Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and documentation • Must supply basic trade tools Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs. • Comfortable working on ladders and lifts • Maintain safe jobsite practices We maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, documentation, and client interaction.
