Job Title: FIS Treasury and Risk Manager - Integrity Edition Business Analyst Overview: A global logistics company is seeking an experienced FIS Treasury and Risk Manager - Integrity Edition Business Analyst to support the end-to-end implementation of a new Treasury Management System (TMS). This role involves system design, configuration, and testing, with a strong focus on integration with SWIFT for banking communication and Workday for ERP and financial data alignment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert on FIS Treasury and Risk Manager - Integrity Edition, guiding internal treasury and finance teams through system adoption. Define, document, and validate business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, the vendor, and project managers. Configure the TMS to support core treasury functions such as cash positioning, bank account management, in-house banking, and financial risk tracking tailored to logistics operations. Lead the integration of FIS with SWIFT for secure payment processing, bank statement retrieval, and global cash visibility. Oversee integration with Workday, ensuring alignment of accounting, payment, and reconciliation processes. Plan and execute all phases of system testing (QA, UAT), including issue tracking and resolution. Manage data migration from legacy systems to FIS, ensuring data integrity and completeness. Design and develop treasury reports and dashboards to improve financial transparency and decision-making. Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including configuration logs, test cases, and training materials. Required Qualifications: Proven experience with FIS Treasury and Risk Manager - Integrity Edition implementation and configuration. Hands-on knowledge of SWIFT network integration and message formats (MT/MX). Experience with Workday Financials, especially in areas related to treasury, payments, and accounting. Strong understanding of corporate treasury operations within a global, high-volume logistics or supply chain environment. Demonstrated experience in TMS integration, data migration, and financial reporting. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project coordination skills.
