Job Responsibilities: Responsible for data entry of client information Responsible for client follow-up calls Scheduling of conference calls, Zoom, Teams, etc. Interacts with staff, customers and the community in a positive and respectful manner Assists with facilitating day-to-day operations in the lab Creates and maintains a positive environment for customers that provides a safe space for them to decompress, de-escalate and feel supported Helps to de-escalate customers who are demonstrating heightened behavior Ability to understand and effectively work with technology Assists with selecting appropriate training methods or activities (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes) Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment Experience with Google Classroom/Google Docs Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools Experience with e-learning platforms MS Office proficiency Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments Required Education and Experience: Minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited college or university and one year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities; Or Relevant experience on a year-for-year basis, or credentialing that substitutes for the educational requirement; We are a drug free workplace.
