Job Description Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects. Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals. Identify and evaluate potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and terms. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, costs, and industry standards. Track and report project costs to ensure alignment with budgets. Provide support for bid proposals and tender submissions.
