Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Iowa. Strong clinical skills and knowledge in outpatient rehabilitation therapy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patient's physical health and mobility. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and functionality. To aid patient recovery, utilize various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities. Educate patients on self-care techniques, exercise programs, and lifestyle changes to enhance recovery and prevent future injury. Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
