We invite you to learn more about us and meet the team at: As a Wellness Director LPN (Memory Care) you'll provide support, education, coaching and guidance to staff, and nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations. What Cascade Living is looking for in our Memory Care Wellness Director: Maintains a current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Experience in community based care (CBC) in Oregon is preferred Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends as needed Ready and wanting to make a difference in the lives of our residents, their families, and our associates What you can expect to do as a Wellness Director LPN: Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences and preferred routines Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration Demonstrate organizational skills around time management Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living Position Requirements: Active and unencumbered Oregon State Practical Nursing License (LPN) $85,000 - $95,000/annually Depending on Experience Job Type: Memory Care Full Time Sunday - Thursday On-Call availability required for urgent needs Weekend availability required Below are some of the CLG benefit offerings: Competitive wages Career Pathways Health Insurance (for those eligible) Voluntary benefits (Disability, Accident, Life) Flexible Pet Insurance for cats and dogs 401K (with company match) Payroll advances on earned wages Perks at Work Discount Program Generous Paid Time Off Education Assistance Longevity Bonuses Cascade Living Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
