Join a dynamic healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest region, providing compassionate and comprehensive primary care in an ambulatory setting. This role offers the opportunity to deliver direct patient care, including evaluations, care planning, medication management, and patient education, all within the scope of advanced nursing or physician assistant licensure. Job Summary Under the guidance of the Medical Director, you will support primary care clinics by offering flexible coverage across multiple outpatient settings. Your responsibilities include managing patient care during provider absences, addressing urgent messages, and collaborating closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient experiences. Key Responsibilities Deliver thorough primary care services, including history taking, physical exams, and treatment planning. Promote disease prevention and health education tailored to the patient population. Maintain accurate, timely documentation using electronic health record systems. Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and comply with regulatory standards. Adapt to varying work locations and patient needs with flexibility and professionalism. Engage in ongoing professional development and interdisciplinary collaboration. Education and Experience Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice or Physician Assistant studies. At least two years of experience as an ARNP or PA is highly preferred. Licenses and Certifications Active, unrestricted state license as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. DEA certification. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Skills and Abilities Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in pharmacotherapy and treatment plan development. Effective communication tailored to diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
