Assist the Production Supervisor/Plant Manager in supervising daily production operations. Monitor production line equipment, supplies, product quality, and safety. Assemble and pack finished goods according to specifications. Track production progress and report any issues for prompt resolution. Maintain a clean and safe work area, following safety regulations. Analyze production orders and create schedules. Inspect parts and products for quality assurance. Recommend improvements in production methodology and equipment performance. Resolve work problems and assist workers in problem-solving. Maintain time and production records. Participate in Employee Recognition and other planned employee events. High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of production shift lead experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment. Forklift and Skid Steer experience preferred. Effective communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety implementation. Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
