We're looking for a seasoned Maintenance Technician with strong electrical experience to join our Charlotte bakery team on the night shift (5:45 PM - 6:15 AM). You'll be hands-on with state-of-the-art equipment, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure smooth, safe, and reliable operations.
