Role: AP/AR Clerk We are searching for an Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Clerk. This position will be based in Madison, WIThe successful candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable. Responsibilities: Accounts payable and receivable Collection management with the Staff Accountant Maintain proper PL margin month over month by job Enter Jobs and Job Details into QB - all lines of business Enter Job Estimates Convert to SO's, PO's, Vendor Bills and Customer Invoice(s) Maintain all progress billings on jobs Run Customer Credit Checks - new customers Get new customer resale or exemption certificates Daily Customer Deposit process and entry - electronic and QB entry Maintain proper sales order and purchase order margins Maintenance of Vendor and Customer files within the accounting software. Lien Waiver administration with Staff Accountant Requirements: Associates Degree Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, QuickBooks) Compensation: $25-$28/hr , based on experience and skills, plus benefits.
