Job Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the unit, including patient care coordination and staff supervision. Oversee staffing schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide mentorship to nursing staff. Monitor patient outcomes, address concerns, and implement quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with facility policies, accreditation standards, and state/federal healthcare regulations. Handle incident reporting, documentation audits, and risk management procedures. Qualifications Active RN license in good standing. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred). Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred depending on unit type. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality assurance processes, and electronic health records.
