Your familiarity with tools, construction materials, and basic construction common sense will be essential in mastering the Surface Experts process. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. An art background is helpful, but not necessary. Willingness to commit to learning a skill that may take months to master. Some great experience you can bring to the team includes: tub repair, tile installation, woodworking, boat repair, painting, fiberglass work, resurfacing, furniture repair and refinishing, artistic ability, and more.
