Production supervisor

You will oversee the daily manufacturing of corrugated products, ensuring we hit our targets without compromising safety or quality. Lead the Floor: Supervise and mentor a team of machine operators and production associates, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. Drive Efficiency: Monitor production metrics (output, waste/scrap, and downtime) on key equipment like rotary die cutters and specialty gluers. Quality First: Ensure every order meets our ISO-9001-2015 standards and customer specifications before it hits the shipping dock. Safety Champion: Maintain a "Safety First" environment by conducting audits, enforcing PPE compliance, and leading daily "toolbox" safety talks. Continuous Improvement: Partner with the Production Manager to implement 5S and Lean initiatives to streamline our workflow and reduce bottlenecks. Problem Solve: Troubleshoot equipment issues alongside maintenance and manage shift handovers to ensure a seamless transition.
