Job Description Provide legal advice and support to clients in the technology industry. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements and contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs effectively. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Assist clients with corporate governance and structuring matters. Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Conduct legal research and provide strategic insights. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to practice in California. Strong knowledge of corporate and transactional law, particularly in the technology sector. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to legal matters. What's on Offer Competitive base salary between $260,000 and $365,000, depending on experience and location. Eligibility for discretionary merit bonuses.
