Job Snapshot: Pay: $15/hour Schedule: Part-time weekend shift between 8 AM and 4 PM Location: Layton, UT Benefits: Great hotel discounts Who We're Looking For: HVAC knowledge and hands-on maintenance experience Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfort working in all environments (heat, cold, wind, rain, humidity) Strong problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills Ability to read work orders, follow safety procedures, and communicate clearly A customer-service mindset with attention to detail and safety The Work You'll Do As A Building Maintenance Tech: During your Saturday and Sunday shifts, you'll assist our Chief Maintenance Technician while he's off, helping keep the hotel running smoothly. Your day-to-day work will involve preventative maintenance and responding to maintenance needs throughout the building. This includes troubleshooting and supporting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems, completing painting, patching, flooring, and general building repairs, assisting with equipment maintenance or installations, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and professional property. You'll also communicate with guests, vendors, and team members as needed while following OSHA safety standards and security protocols.
