Engage with patients and families, providing education to help foster progress in their daily lives. Perform periodic inpatient speech therapy assessments to maintain a seamless continuum of care. Document clinical interactions accurately and timely as per legal and organizational standards. Commit to lifelong learning by pursuing continuing education and engaging with peers. Qualifications A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. If not ASHA-certified, completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required. Licenses & Certifications Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hiring.
