Remote Flexibility: Work from home full-time Competitive Package: $110K-$115K base + bonus potential with comprehensive benefits from day one Career Development: Clear path to PE licensure on transmission side of power industry Valued Contributions: Career growth recognized from day one Company Culture: Certified Women's Business Enterprise with collaborative team environment Core Responsibilities Lead development and approval of protective relay settings using SEL relays for transmission, distribution, and generation facilities Configure SELogic equations and automation logic using SEL AcSELerator QuickSet Engineer SCADA point mapping and communications for SEL relays, Orion devices, RTACs, and gateways Perform short-circuit, protection coordination, and arc-flash studies Serve as primary technical contact for clients on protection, SCADA, and automation matters Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited) EIT designation required (path toward PE licensure) Minimum 3 years experience in relay protection and control design for high voltage (12-500 kV) substations Strong understanding of utility-level substation project lifecycle Interested and qualified?
