Position Description General Purpose: This position plays a critical role in supporting WEHR's business development efforts by managing and producing high-quality proposals, qualifications, and interview materials for public and private construction opportunities. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments to deliver polished, compliant, and on-brand submissions that reflect WEHR's experience, values, and commitment to excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end proposal process for RFPs, RFQs, SOQs, and interview pursuits • Review solicitation documents to identify requirements, deadlines, and submission criteria • Develop proposal schedules and track deliverables to ensure timely and compliant submissions • Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, Executives, and Marketing team members • Draft, edit, and format proposal narratives, resumes, project sheets, and supporting materials • Ensure all proposals align with WEHR branding, messaging, and quality standards • Maintain proposal content libraries, resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate materials • Coordinate printing, binding, and electronic submissions • Track proposal activity and outcomes to support continuous improvement • Support other marketing and business development initiatives as needed • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management Position Requirements Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of two (2) years of proposal coordination or marketing experience preferred. AEC industry experience strongly preferred. Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign required; Photoshop preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Language Skills: This position requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret RFP documents and business correspondence. Ability to write reports, proposals, and professional correspondence. Reasoning Ability: This position requires the ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form. Certifications: None required.
