About Our Client For nearly 40 years, my client has grown from a small 3person shop into one of the region's most reputable and soughtafter Mechanical Contractors, now employing more than 300 team members. Operating from their office in Upper Marlboro, MD, they partner with top General Contractors on large, complex projects throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Their portfolio spans hospitality, higher education, Class A office buildings, mixeduse developments, healthcare, K12, and multifamily projects. With project scopes ranging from $20M to $180M, they selfperform highquality Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing work while maintaining longstanding client relationships and a strong reputation for excellence. Job Description You'll support Project Managers and field teams on large mechanical projects across DC, MD, and VA, ensuring work stays on schedule, on budget, and aligned with quality expectations. Responsibilities: Assist with project planning, scheduling, and execution Support procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors Coordinate with field teams, GC partners, and project stakeholders Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation Track progress, budgets, and cost updates Support project closeout activities and documentation Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant You're a detailoriented, motivated professional with solid MEP experience who thrives in a fastpaced project environment and is ready to grow into PM responsibilities.
