Job Description

The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Contract Administrator for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Alameda, CA 94502. Details for the position are as follows: Job Description: $36 - $39/hour based on previous experience Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00pm, On-Site Sales Support for contract generation and maintenance Contract language review, comparison, and where necessary assistance with negotiation and communication Contract and pricing input into system (Model N) Salesforce Use Excel reporting and pricing calculations and analytics Various Report generation (primarily using Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau) Qualifications: 4-year degree related to business or finance is preferred, a minimum of an Associate's Degree is required. Ideally some experience working with Salesforce and/or Model N A resume and/or an interview that helps us understand what they have accomplished in their career Strong communication skills, with preferred experience working closely with employees from various departments, including sales, finance, and contracting. Will need to be able to build strong relationships with both department personnel and sales. Ability to learn quickly and able to use various systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in healthcare, contracting, strong Excel, Tableau, and/or Salesforce (Model N) are highly preferred
