Description: Henry Ford Lakeside Surgery Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic anesthesia care team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide anesthesia care across a wide range of outpatient surgical specialties in a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive environment in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Job Description: The CRNA will be responsible for providing anesthesia care in collaboration with surgeons and the anesthesia care team. Key responsibilities include: Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans Administer anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) to patients of all ages and A.S.A. classes, including geriatrics and pediatrics Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards Travel to other ambulatory sites when needed Work harmoniously with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare providers No lapsed or new graduate candidates Not open to Locum and/or Locum to Perm candidates Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s) Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described above Open to H1B and J1 Visa Candidates Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center Variety of surgical cases: total hips and knees, plastic, sports medicine, ortho, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, podiatry, dental, pediatrics, endoscopy, and general surgery Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
