Job Title - 3rd Shift Production Supervisor - Manufacturing / Warehouse Operations / ERP Location: On-Site Pay: Competitive Salary - Based on Experience Schedule: Full-Time | 3rd Shift | Salary Exempt Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization focused on operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. They are looking for you, an experienced 3rd Shift Supervisor, to lead and manage production and warehouse operations during overnight hours. This is a direct hire opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What you get to do: Plan and control manufacturing activities within assigned production areas Execute production schedules according to the master plan Lead and supervise shift personnel to drive safety, productivity, and efficiency Ensure accurate reporting of production, scrap, machine utilization, and downtime Partner with tooling, maintenance, and processing teams to coordinate repairs and equipment adjustments Manage labor hours, attendance, and shift documentation Conduct coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and disciplinary documentation Participate in recruiting, screening, and hiring efforts Promote a culture of development, accountability, and teamwork Warehouse Responsibilities: Plan and manage warehouse and shipping operations for delivery efficiency Oversee receiving, storage, containment, and material handling processes Optimize staffing based on shipment schedules Ensure product quality during storage and transportation Participate in scheduled physical inventory events What you need to succeed: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment 3+ years of warehouse operations experience (for warehouse oversight) Experience in plastics manufacturing preferred Previous ERP system experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, spreadsheets, databases) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements Strong verbal and written communication skills What's in it for you: Competitive salary with growth potential Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company contribution Paid Time Off and holiday pay Leadership opportunity on 3rd shift with operational autonomy Stable manufacturing environment with long-term career potential On-site role with hands-on leadership impact Apply now!
