If so, please list those dates. ND RN Licensure? BLS (must be AHA)? Willing to float to endocrinology, Infectious Disease and wound care. General job duties. Types of procedures required. Rooming patients, responding to patient messages, answering patient phone calls, completing prior authorizations. Administering medications including vaccinations. Refilling medications Responsible for the coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions. Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) Epic charting, Required skills and minimum years of experience. Patient assessment, clear communication Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) RN licnesure, BLS Floating to over units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) Possible (endocrinology, Infectious Disease and wound care) Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. Ambulatory unit. 2.5 doctors. 2 NP's Dress Code: Blue scrubs Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. Nephrology is a busy outpatient practice consisting of 2 full time MD's and one partime MD. 2 Nurse practitioners. Will orientate with and work beside other clinic nurses.
