Registered Nurse (RN) - Renal Vascular / Pulmonary Unit Full-Time | Days or Nights | Permanent Position Sign-On Bonus upto: $15,000 Days / $25,000 Nights Position Overview We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Renal Vascular or Pulmonary unit. This role is ideal for nurses seeking a stable medical-surgical environment with supportive leadership and opportunities for clinical growth. Acute care experience is not required. Candidates from LTAC, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Rehab, Corrections, Home Health, or similar settings are encouraged to apply. Important Requirements: Candidates must live within 60 minutes of the facility (commutable distance required). Candidates must be comfortable with a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. An in-person interview is mandatory (may include shadowing, unit tour, and leadership interview).
