Job # : 155962 Title : Facilities Technician Location : Spartanburg, SC Salary Range : $28.00 Position : Maintenance Description : Facilities Technician II Spartanburg, SC 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) $28/hour | 6 week temporary Position Summary The Facilities Technician II performs semi-skilled and skilled maintenance, repair, and construction tasks for company buildings and grounds. This entry-level role in the Facilities Project Department works under supervision and gains increasing responsibility with experience. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance using Fiix PM system Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems Complete work orders and inspections with proper documentation Maintain lighting, roofing, gutters, and facility fixtures Snow and ice removal during inclement weather Maintain campus grounds and Koi ponds Perform interior/exterior painting and general repairs Follow all safety rules and protocols Serve as essential staff during emergencies Qualifications High school diploma or GED 3-5 years of facility repair experience (manufacturing preferred) Forklift, Scissor Lift, and Boom Lift certifications Valid SC driver's license Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor Requirements : Job Type : Temp to Hire Post Date : 02/25/2026
