Job Title: Principal Sourcing Specialist IVLocation: Lebanon, PA 17042 Duration: 6 months (possible extension, possible full-time) Work Setup 100% onsite Travel: 10-20% (visits to other plants as needed) Some overtime during projects or outages Pay rate: $53-$55/hour Role Summary This role handles end-to-end operational procurement. You'll manage purchase requests, run RFQs, negotiate pricing, issue and manage purchase orders and blanket agreements, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams. At the Principal level, you'll also support complex sourcing projects, help with outage/project planning, and mentor junior procurement specialists. Key Responsibilities Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders Identify qualified suppliers and conduct RFQs & price analysis Negotiate pricing and select suppliers Manage POs, blanket agreements, and pricing accuracy Work closely with business stakeholders to understand procurement needs Coordinate with strategic sourcing on agreements and bid events Track and report cost savings and KPIs Resolve delivery, supplier performance, and invoice issues Support project-based and outage procurement Mentor junior team members Lead process improvement and procurement initiatives Minimum Requirements (Must-Have) High School Diploma 5+ years of procurement experience Strong negotiation skills Experience with Microsoft Excel & Power BI Ability to work independently and manage workload Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Engineering) 5-7 years of sourcing experience Experience in generation, retail, corporate, or energy-related spend SAP experience (1+ year) CPSM or similar supply chain certification
