Offset Print Press Operator

Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lithographic Printing Press Operator to join our production team. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining lithographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. The ideal candidate will have experience with web press operation, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting both company and client quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate lithographic printing presses based on job specifications Monitor press operations to ensure consistency and print quality Adjust ink, water, and registration as needed during production Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on press equipment Inspect printed materials for defects and make necessary adjustments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications: Previous experience operating lithographic printing presses preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Attention to detail with a solid understanding of print quality standards Ability to troubleshoot and resolve press issues quickly and efficiently Familiarity with color theory and ink mixing is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Work Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours = full-time) Optional overtime available as needed Night shift schedule begins after training and orientation Requirements IND123
