Position Overview As part of our dedicated team, the Stone Fabricator is responsible for safely and effectively operating a bridge saw, power tools and hand tools specific to stone cutting and fabrication. This position also requires the ability to work with templates specific to individual projects. The Stone Fabricator performs assigned tasks while maintaining situational awareness and a level of proficiency that minimizes the risk of personal injury or property damage. What you'll do: Operate all assigned equipment such as (but not limited to): Grinders, sanders, saws, hammers & chisels, in a safe and proficient manner in accordance with company's policies, procedures, and directives. Utilize templates provided by Management to ensure finished product meets Management's and customers' specifications. Operate overhead cranes, jib cranes, and forklifts. Clean and maintain equipment as scheduled and/or required. Finish stone to high quality and appearance standards. Advise branch leadership of any requirements for equipment maintenance and/or repairs. Skills We Are SeekingSkills We Are Seeking: Experience in stone cutting and fabrication is a plus but willing to train the right person Experience operating equipment such as power tools, hand tools, and forklifts Ability to read and work with templates Pride in craftsmanship and quality work.
