Administer respiratory treatments and therapies, including oxygen therapy, ventilation management, and airway management. Perform assessments to evaluate the patient's respiratory status and develop personalized care plans. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatment options, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Respiratory Therapist Qualifications: Active and unrestricted Oregon Respiratory Therapist (RT) license. Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program required. BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred. At least 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a clinical setting preferred.
