Ticket Control Specialist

Bristol MountainResponsibilities: Verify ticket and season pass validity with RFID ticket technology and additional software Researches access patterns for historical usage and inconsistencies Works with Guest Services Supervisor (or their designee) along with Ticket Scanners Workstation is located indoors but may need to work outdoors periodically Present oneself in a professional manner at all times Assist with other duties as needed Requirements Qualifications: 18 years of age or older Must have an ability to react quickly to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to Confident individual with quick problem-solving skills Ability to understand the different product offerings and how they relate to lift access Must have appropriate footwear and clothing for working in all weather conditions Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Hours: Hours of employment are dependent on business demands Must have weekend and evening availability and flexible weekday availability Pay: $15.50
