QA Tester

Location: Gresham, Oregon - OnsiteIntroduction This position is 100% onsite at the Columbia Center in Portland, Oregon, within the TCR/ATM test lab. The role requires full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break. Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly for the hiring company. Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of two years of experience in designing, planning, and executing IT system testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality throughout all stages of the system lifecycle. Proficiency in MS Office is required. Experience with teller banking, ATM, and/or TCR systems. Familiarity with system development life cycle, IT environment, and IT standards, procedures, and policies. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Write, execute, and report on test scripts for the new Teller platform software. Develop test scripts, perform test execution, and provide detailed feedback based on test results and observations. Create test plans, test cases/scripts, test reports, and evaluations. Assist with technical support activities such as software installation, troubleshooting, and general problem resolution. Provide feedback to the development team and design and refine testing scenarios and tools. Write and execute regression test plans for new software releases and document any discrepancies found.
