Start Date: As soon as possible PER DIEM Shifts: 8-hour shifts for a balanced work-life schedule Pay Rate: Earn up to $80 per hour for all taxable hours Qualifications: Resume Current licensure as a CRNP in Pennsylvania. Current DEA registration (if prescribing). Minimum 2 years of CRNP experience, preferably in long-term care, geriatrics, or veteran services. Strong diagnostic, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations. Current - BLS/CPR 2 - 3 - current references (supervisors) References should be from different facilities EPATCH- must include all aliases from NCC TST/TB QuantiFERON Gold (within the last 6 months) Agency Questionnaire - We will send this via email COVID screening and testing consent form COVID vaccination or exemption If the HCP is vaccinated, they will need to provide documentation or vaccination card. If not, then it is not necessary for them to submit one.
