The Senior Associate, Demand Generation will be responsible for assisting video strategy to drive pipeline and revenue for Cvent. This role is built for a B2B marketer who is passionate about video as a demand channel and motivated by performance. The successful candidate is a MarTech savvy AND analytical go-getter who is adept at developing collaborative working relationships with business unit stakeholders, marketing colleagues, and cross-functional teams and/or vendors to deliver results. This position emphasizes using video as a core channel across integrated demand generation and go-to-market campaigns. You will support marketing efforts across Cvent's Event and Hospitality Cloud platforms, as well as point solutions. This individual will harness the power of video to drive our marketing efforts forward in ways that written content alone can't. In This Role, You Will: Manage our Vidyard platform, including organizing content, implementing CTAs, and optimizing for lead conversion Work within Goldcast and other tools to create and distribute engaging short-form video clips designed to generate interest and demand Help manage and optimize our YouTube channel, ensuring content is structured and optimized for search and discoverability Partner cross-functionally to develop video content aligned to business objectives, while maintaining a consistent brand narrative across channels Establish and manage a video content calendar that supports integrated marketing campaigns Assist in writing, reviewing, and refining video scripts Measure and report on video performance, analyzing engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact to inform future strategy Here's What You Need:1-3+ years of experience executing marketing programs tied to revenue, preferably within a technology / Software as a Service company Experience working with coordinated marketing systems such as CRM, marketing automation, video marketing, and analytics tools Ability to define, document and manage requirements for processes and systems Comfortable analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendations A proven ability to readily grasp, organize, and present concepts to internal stakeholders Demonstrated ability to bring forward innovative marketing ideas An understanding of the B2B sales funnel and focus on driving engagement, leads, MQLs, and opportunities Excellent people skills to collaborate with various teams including sales enablement, direct sales, product marketing, and regional marketing teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills a must BA/BS in marketing or closely related field Physical Demands We are not able to offer sponsorship for this position
