Your Role The Member Experience Product Management team is at the forefront of creating digital solutions that empower healthcare members to make informed decisions. As a Consultant Product Manager, you will contribute significantly to shaping the way millions of members understand and access their healthcare benefits. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Product Management - Member Experience, your work will align with Stellarus' mission to deliver effective solutions tailored to the needs of health plan customers. In this pivotal role, you'll enhance digital experience components such as Benefit Coverage, Cost Transparency, Provider Navigation, and Claims, ensuring they are clear, transparent, and user-friendly for members. Your focus will be on constructing scalable, member-centric solutions that emphasize Stellarus' value to payer customers while driving innovation in the healthcare sector. You'll lead initiatives integrating AI and machine learning into digital products, creating intuitive, predictive, and personalized experiences for all Stellarus customers. Your Knowledge and Experience BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology Graduate degree (e.g., MBA) is strongly preferred 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship is required Experience in healthcare, specifically with health plans, is essential Preferred experience in digital consumer platforms Strong strategic mindset with an ability to convert complex requirements into actionable solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Subject matter expert understanding of healthcare benefits, cost transparency tools, and claims processes, with a demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge within health insurance or healthcare systems Experience in agile development environments is necessary Data-driven perspective with proficiency in analytics tools Knowledge of AI concepts and their application in product development Proven track record of ideating, designing, developing, and launching web and mobile digital products that enhance user experiences and promote engagement
