As a key player in SAP Customer at PwC, you will deliver expert consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and facilitating ongoing training and support for effective use of SAP CRM applications. Your efforts will enhance customer relationship management processes, boost customer satisfaction, and help clients realize their strategic objectives. Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Experience: 10 years Preferred Skills: Engage with client business and IT teams to align SAP Customer solutions with business objectives. Define project scopes and provide accurate implementation estimates, including time frames and resource needs. Establish metrics for deliverability, performance, and cost efficiencies. Work in partnership with the client's IT organization to craft an effective application-level technology strategy. Exhibit advanced expertise in SAP Customer application solutions with proven success. Lead and implement significant tracks on larger projects or medium-sized consulting engagements. Possess extensive experience in supporting clients with SAP Customer solutions while enhancing business processes. Understand common challenges in sectors such as technology, automotive, consumer and retail, energy, and utilities. Design and execute successful integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems. Build and sustain relationships within the client network, demonstrating compelling value propositions. Guide teams toward fostering trust and encouraging diverse perspectives. Create and manage a knowledge base of service delivery content. Develop and deliver strategic communications targeting industry audiences at all levels. The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $410,000, with actual compensation depending on individual skills, experience, and location. All hired team members are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays, vacation, and personal/family sick leave.
